Damaged Products
In the case a product is damaged during shipping and/or delivery, STEFANOWATCH will take back the damaged product (with packaging, documentation and whatever inserted by the manufacturer at the time of packing) accompanied by the invoice and a declaration stating the product defect as precisely as possible.
In case a defect is detected, no expense will be charged to the customer, who will receive a replacement product, subject to stock availability.
In case of non-availability of stock, STEFANOWATCH will make a refund of the total amount paid by the customer for the purchase and shipping of the non-replaceable product.
Note: ALL STEFANOWATCH PRODUCTS HAVE A 2-YEARS GUARANTEE.

You have 30 days to examine the products you purchased and to request their replacement or refund if not satisfied. Just return the goods intact and complete in their original packaging.
Conditions of the right of withdrawal
We will accept to take back any item in good condition, intact, fully functional, re-sellable and returned in its original packaging with intact seals, crediting the full amount, with the exception of transportation costs that are not refundable.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audiovisual products or software, once opened.
In accordance with legislative Art. no. 185/99, FULL TIME informs you that, for returning the goods to our warehouses, once exerted your right of withdrawal, it is necessary to transmit this information via email to info@stefanowatch.com. This procedure is established only by our company and it is communicated to all web site users.
WARNING:
The shipment to our warehouse is full responsibility of the customer. FULL TIME will not be liable for any damage, theft or loss for returned and not insured shipment.
The shipping cost for withdrawn products will be fully charged to the customer.
Jurisdiction: For any dispute or controversy, the competent law entity is the Court of Venice.
Refund conditions
STEFANOWATCH will make the refund through bank transfer within thirty days from receipt of the product.
The refund is solely attributable to the price of the product, whereas shipping and delivery costs will be charged to the company.
The necessary condition to exercise the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the product and packaging.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE
The purchase procedure is set as follows:
Select your shopping cart and choose the desired shop-window.
From a shop-window you can see the collection items and decide to book them without any commitment. Simply indicate the amount and confirm your choice. (The pages are set in such a way that you can return to the collection page at any time, in order to keep a global vision of the shop-window and the products, without having to start again the site navigation).
Whenever you "book" an article, you will have a comprehensive view of what you have already added to the shopping cart, and you can decide to erase some products you previously chose.
In addition, you can check the total amount of products that you wish to order, but shipping costs, with the exact amount of the order, will be determined based on the weight of packages and reported in the proforma invoice only after receiving your order online.
Enter your personal data by choosing the method of payment desired: bank transfer or Paypal. Remember that if you want to pay by credit card (through Paypal) you can let us know by reporting your choice in the comments and selecting the payment through bank transfer to continue the purchase process.
Product availability and order finalization
Your order is considered finalized and binding when, after being sent, STEFANOWATCH has sent you an e-mail with a notice of receipt. STEFANOWATCH will send the product ordered, except partial or complete unavailability. In the case we verify that some products are temporary unavailable after the conclusion of the contract, STEFANOWATCH will inform you via e-mail, sending you all the order details (available products and quantities) and the consequent updating of the amount to be paid in cash on delivery.

PAYMENT METHODS
Upon completion of your online order, you will be asked to select a payment method by Paypal or bank transfer. If you decide to make the payment through bank transfer the order will be activated upon receipt of the transfer. TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY
All orders placed online are transported and delivered by TNT GLOBAL EXPRESS courier , express mail service and/or by POSTE ITALIANE S.p.a (in this case just for Countries outside the Italian border). The delivery of the goods usually occurs in a few working days after the placing of the online order, within the normal daily working hours. If the courier is unable to deliver the goods because the recipient is absent at the address you indicated, a notice of attempted delivery will be left, as well as a phone number to arrange the product delivery.
In any case of force majeure, or unforeseeable circumstances, we will not be responsible for the delay or failure of delivery and we will maintain the power to resolve all or part of the contract, and suspend or defer its execution.
