PURCHASE PROCEDURE

The purchase procedure is set as follows:

  Select your shopping cart and choose the desired shop-window.

  From a shop-window you can see the collection items and decide to book them without any commitment. Simply indicate the amount and confirm your choice. (The pages are set in such a way  that you can return to the collection page  at any time, in order to keep a global vision of the shop-window and the products, without having to start again the site navigation).

  Whenever you "book" an article, you will have a comprehensive view of what you have already added to the shopping cart, and you can decide to erase some products you previously chose.

  In addition,  you can check the total amount so far.

  Enter your personal data by choosing the method of payment you desire.


Product availability and order finalization

Your order is considered finalized and binding when, after being sent, STEFANOWATCH has sent you an e-mail with a notice of receipt. STEFANOWATCH will send the product ordered, except partial or complete unavailability. In the case we verify  that some products are temporary unavailable after the conclusion of the contract, STEFANOWATCH will inform you via e-mail, sending you all the order details (available products and quantities) and the consequent updating of the amount to be paid in cash on delivery.

Gifts
In addition to purchase goods for your own, STEFANOWATCH allows you to send gifts to your friends/partners: you only need to write the recipient address; STEFANOWATCH will send everything.
